Bravely is seeking a Full-stack Software Engineer to become the first engineering hire to join our CTO in building and scaling our platform to create a top-notch experience and keep up with our growth.

We’re taking on new challenges every day including matching and scheduling algorithms, growth hacking, web scraping, and NLP, all while creating beautiful user experiences. We want to build solutions to these problems that are scalable, performant and elegant, and we’re looking for talented people to help us do just that!

Product Manager

Bravely is looking for a Product Manager to help design and build a highly engaging product that supports employees with a variety of workplace needs. 

While the Bravely platform is B2B2C, the role would center around building a product for end-user employees (the ‘C,’). Success for the role is measured in the level of utilization and engagement among the population of employees with access to the platform, and the quality of the experience delivered.

Visual Designer

Bravely is looking for a visual designer to help us establish our brand and extend that identity across touchpoints. Working closely with our product designer and marketing team, you will be responsible for developing an ownable look and feel that supports our mission to reimagine workplace communication—designing for web, print, email, social, and more. This role will report to the Head of Brand. Open to full-time freelance applicants.

CRM Manager

Working closely with all discipline leads, you will be responsible for driving multi-channel customer engagement and retention: developing segmentation strategies, executing brand campaigns, influencing content creation and product strategy, and optimizing data to deliver experiences that convert and drive loyalty.This is an opportunity to build our CRM team from the ground up, influencing operations and strategy from the start.
