Growth Coordinator

Bravely is looking for a Growth Coordinator to work alongside our founders, contributing to the efficiency, organization, and overall success of the Marketing and Sales teams. Our ideal candidate is detail-oriented, with excellent written and interpersonal communication skills, and a desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced tech startup. This is an incredible opportunity to get in on the ground floor of our fast growing startup and build the foundation of a career in sales and marketing. This position reports to the Director of Growth.

About Bravely

Bravely is a platform that connects employees with professional coaches outside of their workplace to encourage better conversations and healthier organizations.  Using the app, people can easily schedule a phone session with a “Pro” who can provide guidance from a place of objectivity, and help them take the next step with their boss, colleague, direct report, or HR team. Our goal is to get people talking about their issues sooner and more productively, which is why Bravely is a new way forward for employees dealing with tough topics like performance and coworker conflict.

What you'll do

  • Respond to inquiries from new business customers
  • Assist with the creation of sales and marketing tools including presentations, sell sheets, order forms, and newsletters
  • Run weekly, monthly and ad hoc sales reports
  • Help with data collection and ensure that all systems reflect accurate, up-to-date information
  • Coordinate CEO and CCO schedules, calendars, and business travel.
  • Assist CEO and CCO and provides general departmental administrative support as needed.

  • 1+ year professional experience (internships count), including client- or partner-facing experience

  • Experience and proficiency in using spreadsheets like Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, or Apple Numbers

  • Experience and proficiency in using sales CRM (Salesforce, Prosperworks, etc) a plus

  • Experience working in tech, HR, advertising, sales, media, or marketing a plus
