Sales & Marketing Associate
Bravely is seeking an ambitious Sales Associate to be the first member of our sales team. The role will work alongside our founders to research, identify, and prospect leads, schedule client meetings, and offer sales support.
Bravely is a resource for confidential communication guidance and conflict coaching for employees navigating issues in the workplace, helping them prepare for conversations with managers, colleagues and HR teams. Our easy-to-use platform connects and schedules employees with experienced conflict coaches and HR professionals for conversations about the challenges employees face that can be intimidating to tackle proactively.
What you'll do
Initiate email and phone outreach to help manage sales opportunities
Respond and qualify inbound inquiries
Update and maintain sales activity and opportunity pipeline within CRM
Support event planning and logistics
Tackle ad hoc projects that support all areas of the business

1-2 years of work experience
Previous successful sales experience or a strong interest in sales
Ability and desire to work in fast-paced startup environment
Bachelor's degree required
